As a Managed Services - Cybersecurity Manager, you will lead diverse cybersecurity initiatives and manage key processes for our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our managed services offerings, utilizing advanced tools and platforms such as RSA Archer, ServiceNow, Microsoft Purview, ManageEngine, Tanium, MS 365 Security, and Google Security & Identity.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise governance, risk, and compliance (e-GRC) platforms.
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits, providing strategic recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the security of client networks and endpoint devices, lead incident response efforts.
- Conduct and manage vulnerability assessments, offering insights for remediation.
- Implement cloud security controls and guide clients on access and data protection.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering tailored solutions and service updates.
- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering excellence and collaboration.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in e-GRC tools (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow).
- Strong understanding of network security and vulnerability management tools.
- Experience with cloud security platforms (e.g., MS Purview, MS 365 Security).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and incident response processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
Language Requirements:
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Arabic is a plus.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus.
- 6–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with hands-on expertise in e-GRC, network security, vulnerability management, or cloud security.
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a must.
