Assist our International Services team in delivering mission-critical IT and communication solutions. This internship offers hands-on experience with mission-critical software applications, AI, and automation used in command centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadow & Learn: Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mission-critical IT and Radio systems.
  • Incident Support: Assist in tracking system performance and documenting incident resolutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with web, mobile, and middleware teams to understand complex technical workflows.
  • Documentation: Help prepare reports for customer meetings regarding service availability.
  • SLA Awareness: Learn how to monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Basic Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Basic understanding of Networking, IT systems, or Wireless Communications.
  • Strong desire to learn mission-critical technologies.
  • Language Requirements: Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
