Managed Services – PMO & Bid Support Senior Consultant

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing various aspects of project management within an organization. Your primary role will be to provide administrative and operational support to the PMO team, ensuring effective project planning, monitoring, and execution. In addition to PMO support, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating the development of winning bids and proposals for the organization. You will manage the end-to-end bid process, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, competitive, and compelling proposals. You will be responsible for driving strategic bid initiatives, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with established processes and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the PMO by handling various tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, organizing project documentation, and maintaining project records.
• Collaborate with project managers to track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Prepare and distribute project performance reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Oversee the bid management process from opportunity identification to proposal submission.
• Coordinate and facilitate the development of comprehensive, client-focused proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Establish effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate proposal development.
• Conduct competitive analysis and research to gather intelligence on competitors and industry trends.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices and propose innovative solutions for process improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a project management support role or similar position within a competitive business environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with proposal management tools.
