You’ll lead the development and presentation of tailored managed services solutions, working closely with virtual teams of domain experts, delivery stakeholders, and clients. Your ability to operate autonomously and maintain momentum, combined with your meticulous attention to detail, makes you a cornerstone of our sales and service design efforts. You’ll be dedicated to your Sales Manager while also overseeing and supporting other Service Architects, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence across all engagements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in selling and architecting managed services solutions.
  • Proven success in consultative selling and solution development.
  • Strong background in IT services, cloud, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Managed Services delivery models, including cloud and distributed models.
  • Experience structuring large, multi-year profitable contracts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
  • Analytical abilities to discover and analyze client data and architecture.
  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology/systems or a related field.
