Managed Services Solutions Leader

As a Managed Services Solutions Leader, you will shape and deliver innovative solutions across infrastructure, cloud, security, and applications. Your role is pivotal in designing end-to-end service offerings, building operational models, and ensuring seamless integration with global delivery centers. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to define service catalogs, SLAs, KPIs, and transformation roadmaps that drive operational excellence and business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex multi-tower managed services deals, supporting the full sales cycle from solution design to contract execution.
• Design and package managed services offerings across IT Infrastructure Operations, Cybersecurity Operations, Cloud Managed Services, and Application Managed Services.
• Conduct skill-gap assessments and workforce capability evaluations with client stakeholders.
• Ensure global delivery compliance with SLAs, KPIs, contract terms, and quality metrics.

To thrive in this role, you need to have:

• Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, NOC operations, endpoint management, and cybersecurity operations.
• Experience designing large-scale managed service financial models and pricing structures.
• Strong commercial acumen in multi-year service contracts and transformation deals.

Academic qualifications and certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Business Administration or related field.
• ITIL certification is advantageous.

Required experience:

• 8 –15+ years in Managed Services, MSP/MSSP, Application Services, or Service Architecture roles.
• Prior experience driving large enterprise managed service deals in the UAE is highly preferred.
