Managed Services Sr Solution Architect MEA

The company is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our Hybrid Cloud organization. In this role, you will collaborate with the company peers, sales representatives, partners, and customers to design Managed Services based solution/service/platform offerings. This includes areas such as Hybrid Cloud Management, Private Cloud AI, Private Cloud Enterprise, AI-Ops enabled infrastructure solutions, Managed Services for the company Greenlake solutions, and SAP HANA environments.

Your responsibilities will include applying technical knowledge to sales situations, developing professional relationships with customers, tailoring solutions to meet client needs, creating financial models, and addressing challenges in solution design. You will be recognized as a technical expert and valued partner to the company sales team.

Key Objectives:

• Serve as a technical expert for the company sales team.
• Assess customer business needs and tailor the right solutions.
• Create proposal documents and other customer communications.
• Address potential project challenges and facilitate smooth transitions from sales to implementation.

Education and Experience Required:

• 15+ years of experience in the Managed Services environment in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant domain.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of designing services-oriented platform solutions.
• Ability to visualize IT transformation needs and architect appropriate solutions.
• Strategic problem-solving skills and technical risk management experience.
• Experience with AI-Ops, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.
