Management Associate

Your journey at the company includes two 6-month rotations across key business divisions, ownership of real, end-to-end projects from week one, and direct exposure to senior leaders and decision-makers. You will have a dedicated mentor aligned to your strengths and growth, with structured training in digital and future-ready banking skills. Additionally, you will participate in monthly huddles, workshops, and tech talks.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within various divisions: Data and Analytics, Quantitative Finance, Technology and AI, Digital Banking, Risk and Compliance, and Strategy and Operations.
• Engage in transformation projects with senior leadership exposure, and apply risk modeling, credit analytics, and strategy.

Requirements

• Graduates in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Quantitative Finance.
• GPA of 3.5 and above or a 2:1 and above, graduating in 2026 or recently graduated.
• Available to start in Dubai in September 2026.
