In this role, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support and maintenance for production Satellite Applications. You will troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize business disruption, as well as coordinate with external vendors for updates, patches, and enhancements. This position entails developing and maintaining support schedules with clear timelines for system changes and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Management
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for production Satellite Applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize business disruption.
- Coordinate with external vendors for updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain support schedules with clear timelines for system changes and issue resolution.
2. Testing and QA of Change Requests
- Gather and analyze system change requirements (CRs) from Consumer and Corporate Banking teams.
- Liaise with vendors and internal technical teams to implement enhancements and system modifications.
- Conduct internal testing and quality assurance on changes and patches prior to UAT.
- Organize and conduct pre-test demonstrations with end-users to ensure alignment on changes.
3. Business Unit Support
- Provide on-site and remote support during UAT phases to ensure seamless testing and feedback collection.
- Address and resolve technical issues faced by users during regular operations.
- Ensure timely resolution of minor bugs, production failures, and performance issues to maintain system availability.
4. Reporting
- Generate and deliver ad-hoc reports for business units as requested.
- Support business teams in extracting data for analysis, compliance, or operational needs.
