Key Attributes
As a Manager, you will be a vital member of the company Consulting team, driving project delivery with support from Managing Directors while mentoring and developing junior team members. You will harness strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with leadership and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and lead smaller projects or significant workstreams within complex engagements.
- Demonstrate a robust consulting skill set by leading complex research and analysis programs, generating insights for clients, and producing high-quality written deliverables.
- Develop evidence-based recommendations, refining initial hypotheses in collaboration with senior colleagues and clients.
- Manage case teams daily, including workload planning, delegation, coaching, and performance development of junior colleagues.
- Assist Directors and Managing Directors in various aspects of Business Development, including thought leadership development, proposal drafting, and pitch participation.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with senior clients, effectively managing daily communications and escalating issues as necessary.
- Lead client presentations and workshops, conveying complex ideas clearly to senior audiences.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in strategy or management consulting or a related advisory environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, teamwork, and people development.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills, adept in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and build effective working relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to unfamiliar challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic.
- Experience with public sector, government, or sovereign-linked organizations.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and approach to problem-solving.
- Exposure to various sectors or industries, with consideration for sector preferences in project allocation when capabilities align.
