Manager

Your job duties will include but are not limited to:

• Analyzing and identifying linkages and interactions within entire systems.
• Taking ownership of projects for successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Partnering with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Developing skills outside your comfort zone and encouraging your team to do the same.
• Mentoring others effectively.
• Using work reviews to enhance the expertise of team members.
• Addressing conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders, and escalating where appropriate.
• Upholding professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
• Building internal and external relationships while reflecting PwC values in diverse teams.
• Maintaining meaningful client relationships and seeking opportunities with new/existing clients.
• Engaging with diverse teams throughout the audit process and following up on task progress to meet timelines and internal KPIs.

• Performing other necessary procedures to support the issuance of assurance deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a team environment
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) is a plus
• Business development and client relationship-building skills
• Willingness to challenge norms and create a cohesive and effective team
• Excellent project management skills
• Knowledge of technologies and experience with Data Analytics tools is a plus
• Commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse perspectives.
