Manager, Account Management

About
The Manager, Account Management is responsible for setting sales strategies related to customer accounts that align with the geography strategy, driving market share, volume, and revenue growth. This role involves leading and managing existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities and customer needs. The manager partners with customers to deliver customized solutions and comprehensive consulting support, and is also responsible for pipeline management at the account level.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to achieving sales and net revenue targets.
• Assists with analysis of customer’s business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting, and competitive analysis.
• Aids in designing strategies, messaging, and proposals for customers.
• Supports the management of key customer relationships at the managerial level.
• Collaborates with the account team and customers to plan, execute, and monitor progress against annual business plans.
• Assists in local projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Experiences

• Extensive experience in executing and managing sales strategies for medium-sized accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of MasterCard's core products, rules, and services demonstrated through consistent delivery of thoughtful market and business analysis for customer accounts.
