Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of in-store retail media operations across multiple store locations, ensuring high standards of performance and reliability.
- Manage the deployment, utilization, and maintenance of digital screens, print media, and other in-store advertising assets.
- Partner with commercial, marketing, and store operations teams to align media activities with business objectives and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure flawless execution of advertising campaigns through effective planning, content scheduling, and operational governance.
- Monitor network performance, conduct regular audits, and coordinate issue resolution with IT and maintenance teams.
- Analyze campaign and operational performance data to generate insights, improve effectiveness, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Support team development through coaching, performance monitoring, training initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in retail media, advertising operations, digital media, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of in-store media formats, digital screens, content management systems (CMS), and advertising technologies.
- Experience managing vendors, service providers, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and locations.
