Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide data management solutions (preferably using Informatica IDMC), covering Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata management & Master data management (MDM).
- Develop and implement data architecture blueprints and data integration models aligned with business needs.
- Manage large-scale data migration and integration programs, leveraging ETL/ELT tools and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS).
- Develop and maintain data quality frameworks (preferably using IDMC) by defining business rules, scorecards, and automated data remediation processes.
- Provide expertise in data cataloging tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Ataccama, etc.).
- Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to ensure data availability, reliability, and single source of truth.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with NDMO, PDPL, GDPR, and related frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of practical experience in Data Management Platform implementations or related roles.
- Previous experience working on data-intensive projects and delivering data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel across the GCC region (50-75% of the time).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Big Four or Global System Integrators is a plus.
- Professional Certification in any of the data management tools (preferably Informatica IDMC) or platforms will be a plus.
