Manager | AI & Data | Data Management

As a Manager in the AI & Data – Data Management team, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide data management solutions, ensuring compliance with various frameworks including NDMO and DAMA. You will develop and execute data architecture blueprints and integration models that align with business needs, manage large-scale data migration projects, and oversee metadata and lineage management to guarantee end-to-end data visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide data management solutions (preferably using Informatica IDMC), covering Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata management & Master data management (MDM).
• Develop and implement data architecture blueprints and data integration models aligned with business needs.
• Manage large-scale data migration and integration programs, leveraging ETL/ELT tools and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Develop and maintain data quality frameworks (preferably using IDMC) by defining business rules, scorecards, and automated data remediation processes.
• Provide expertise in data cataloging tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Ataccama, etc.).
• Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to ensure data availability, reliability, and single source of truth.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with NDMO, PDPL, GDPR, and related frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of practical experience in Data Management Platform implementations or related roles.
• Previous experience working on data-intensive projects and delivering data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel across the GCC region (50-75% of the time).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Big Four or Global System Integrators is a plus.
• Professional Certification in any of the data management tools (preferably Informatica IDMC) or platforms will be a plus.
