Manager | AI & Data | Data Management

The company is seeking a Manager for our AI & Data – Data Management division. The role involves leading the design and implementation of enterprise-wide data management solutions, focusing on areas such as Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Master Data Management (MDM). You will develop and implement data architecture blueprints and manage large-scale data migration and integration initiatives using cloud-based platforms like Azure, GCP, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee data quality frameworks, defining business rules, scorecards, and automated remediation processes.
• Provide expertise in data cataloging tools and ensure metadata and lineage management.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure data reliability and availability.
• Advise senior stakeholders on data governance maturity and operationalize data strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage client relationships and ensure delivery excellence while mentoring junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Data Management Platform implementations or related roles.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Big Four or Global System Integrators.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Professional certification in data management tools, preferably Informatica IDMC.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position.
• Willingness to travel across the GCC region (50-75% of the time).
