Manager - AI Learning Center

The Manager, AI Learning Center is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing AI learning programs across various job clusters, including sellers, technical, and support functions. This role involves ownership of the Group’s Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) in collaboration with the HC Digital Tech Team. The manager will curate digital learning journeys and partner with business leaders to identify and address evolving AI skill needs.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and manage relationships with AI learning content providers and vendors.
• Design and curate AI learning pathways for all employee clusters.
• Administer and enhance the LMS/LXP with a focus on user experience (UX) and adoption.
• Maintain the AI capability and skill libraries across the Group.
• Collaborate with business units and function heads to align learning solutions with workforce AI needs.
• Monitor platform performance, content freshness, and usage analytics.
• Support development of AI leadership content with the Senior Manager, Leadership Center.
• Provide monthly reporting and regular evaluation and analysis of AI learning solutions, systems, tools, and platforms.
• Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
