Manager - AI

About the Job
As an AI Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of AI projects from inception to deployment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the entire project lifecycle including requirements gathering, data preparation, model training, and integration.
• Staying updated on the latest developments in the AI landscape and leading the incorporation of new methodologies and technologies into projects.
• Supporting clients in developing their AI strategies and aligning successful outcomes with organizational goals.
• Identifying opportunities where AI can add value or address existing challenges.
• Developing and presenting detailed AI project roadmaps and implementation plans to guide organizational AI initiatives.
• Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to ensure cohesive and effective AI solution development.
• Communicating complex AI concepts and technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitating knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team understanding and adoption of AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
• Proven applied knowledge and experience in AI research and development, with a strong portfolio of delivered project outcomes.
