As a Manager - AI Software Developer in Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) within Assurance, you will be part of a team addressing accounting and financial reporting challenges for clients. Work Conditions: Full-time, with remote support for MENA client engagements. Travel may be required based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and GenAI solutions across various industries.
- Manage project teams delivering AI use cases, ensuring compliance with governance standards and production readiness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities and work with data engineers and business consultants for integration.
- Drive the adoption of LLM and GenAI technologies, among others, to ensure ethical, explainable, and scalable AI solutions.
- Support proposal development and business development initiatives across MENA.

- Practical experience integrating LLMs and GenAI into workflows.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying ML solutions.
- Understanding of ethical AI and data privacy practices.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
