As an AI Engineering Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to create innovative, scalable AI solutions to support your clients’ financial and operational decisions. Your oversight will extend to the development and deployment of intelligent systems utilizing modern AI tools, such as large language models (LLMs), GenAI platforms, and cloud-native services. You will also play a crucial role in expanding our AI offerings, mentoring junior professionals, and collaborating with Directors and Partners on strategic AI transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and GenAI solutions across various industries
- Manage project teams delivering AI use cases and ensure solutions are production-ready
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI implementation opportunities
- Integrate AI models into broader enterprise ecosystems with data engineers and architects
- Guide the adoption of LLM and GenAI technologies, ensuring solutions are scalable and ethical
- Support proposal development and business initiatives across MENA
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Proven ability to lead technical teams in complex AI-enabled projects
- Excellent communication skills bridging business and technical domains
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience with AI/ML solutions using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Practical experience integrating LLMs and GenAI into workflows
- Understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and responsible AI practices
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with the possibility of travel based on project needs. Remote support for MENA client engagements is also involved.
