Key Accountabilities:

Data Storytelling:
- Translate complex analytics into clear, persuasive insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Present trends and findings to influence business actions and support performance improvement.
- Create dashboards and models that turn raw data into actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Translate KPIs into visuals to enable rapid, informed decision-making.

Business Intelligence:
- Define and manage BI requirements to ensure tools and platforms meet evolving business needs and user demands.
- Collaborate with IT to align technical infrastructure with business goals and promote scalable analytics.

Data Governance:
- Establish governance standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the analytics value chain.
- Engage with data owners and IT to enforce data policies and build enterprise-wide trust in analytics.

Business Analytics:
- Enable business users through curated datasets, access protocols, and guided onboarding to foster a culture of data empowerment.
- Use predictive modeling and trend analysis to support operational and financial strategies.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Preferred experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
- Solid statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
- Proficiency in analytics programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong data visualization skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Significant experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Solid track record of building and leading analytics teams, developing data-driven insights, and influencing business decisions.
- Experience with data governance principles and BI platform management.
- Master's degree is an advantage.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
