Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing analytical skills to translate business intelligence into actionable strategies aimed at maximizing ROI.
- Implementing sophisticated customer analytics methods to optimize benefits derived from information assets, thereby boosting revenue generation.
- Strategically planning, monitoring, and performing in-depth analysis of customer data across various dimensions including product subscriptions, campaign efficacy, demographic profiles, usage trends, and traffic distribution.
- Regularly conducting scans of the customer base to identify areas with potential for growth and increased revenue opportunities across different products and segments.
- Collaborating within the Consumer Analytics & Insights team to generate insightful recommendations for key stakeholders.
- Developing and refining Data Science models to improve predictive accuracy and provide deeper insights into consumer behavior.
- Incorporating the latest tools and techniques to deliver comprehensive analyses, improving the quality of insights provided.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 7+ years of experience in platform development within the telecommunications or similar verticals.
