Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture while driving Agile processes.
- Technical Architecture & Delivery: Define and own the technical architecture for client projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Oversee design and technical reviews.
- Project Execution: Manage end-to-end project delivery to ensure quality and client satisfaction while collaborating with diverse teams.
- Innovation & Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to the company's technology roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in software/application development, with a minimum of 5 years in a management or technical leadership role.
- Proven expertise in full-stack development with technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and understanding of Microservices architecture and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with mobile application frameworks (React Native, Flutter, or native).
- Familiarity with serverless and event-driven architectures.
- Professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
