As the company prepares for its first asset openings, Asset Management is building a capability to ensure technology investments across assets are modern, coherent, and deliver clear value.
The Manager – Asset Management Technology will help define how technology is selected, deployed, and optimized across the company’s growing asset base. The role identifies where technology creates operational, guest, and commercial value, and ensures assets adopt solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify technology opportunities that improve OpCo operations, guest experience, or financial performance.
- Evaluate proposals from assets and vendors for feasibility, value, and alignment with architecture standards.
- Recommend technology selection, prioritization, and lifecycle planning.
- Support post-deployment reviews to confirm value realization.
- Help define business and technical requirements for new assets, OpCos and Business Units.
- Ensure systems meet OpCo and BU needs in line with Q-Tech asset Technology Strategies.
- Promote consistent technology use across OpCos and assets, reducing duplication and fragmentation.
- Act as a link between Asset Management (OpCos), QIT, Development, and City Ops.
- Track trends in operations technology, entertainment tech, and AI.
- Convert emerging tech insights into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 5–6 years’ experience in technology consulting, systems integration, or enterprise architecture.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, solution architecture, technology lifecycles, and technology investment assessment.
- Ability to simplify complex technology topics into clear insights and recommendations.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, IoT, and data-driven systems preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
