Manager Aviation Security - Systems

The Manager Aviation Security - Systems is responsible for developing, implementing, operating, maintaining, and continuously evaluating aviation security systems and technologies. This role ensures the effective protection of the company operations, aircraft, passengers, personnel, assets, and facilities while maintaining full compliance with the company AVSEC security standards, national civil aviation security regulations, and applicable international requirements.

Key responsibilities include analyzing security system data, monitoring performance trends, and producing operational and regulatory reports to support decision-making, risk management, and continuous security enhancement. The role involves managing the operation and lifecycle of Aviation Security Management Systems, enhancing system performance, ensuring documentation compliance, and providing data-driven insights for strategic recommendations.

Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in aviation security or a related technical security role within an airline or regulated aviation environment.
• Demonstrated experience in security system architecture, database management, data analysis, and effective communication skills.

Language Requirements:
English proficiency is essential.
