Position

The Manager B2B Products & Projects is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of B2B products and programs within the company's sales portfolio. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of various tasks and processes vital to sales programs, enhancing sales performance through a refreshed catalogue of offerings that deliver value to partners and customers.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Ownership of the company's net fare product worldwide, evaluating its usage and necessity in different markets.
  • Development and implementation of products for strategic niche segments (e.g., embassies, marine business, students) to support additional revenue generation aligned with company goals.
  • Creation of documents to assist sales teams in promoting products.
  • Continuous review and enhancement of B2B products based on market feedback.
  • Management of the Implementation and Project Management team to analyze company requirements and processes.
  • Collaboration with upper management and other departments to ensure project alignment with objectives.
  • Definition of project scope and objectives with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Preparation of estimates and detailed project plans for all project phases.
  • Reporting on project success criteria, metrics, and management activities.
  • Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in a related discipline plus 7 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Sales experience or experience supporting a field sales organization is required.
  • Strong team player with cultural awareness and understanding.
  • Excellent grasp of commercial and revenue principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with pricing models, legal contracts, and sales policies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize performance data.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and desired proficiency in Microsoft Project.
