Position

This position is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of B2B Products and Programs within the company's sales products by ensuring the smooth operation of various tasks and processes crucial to our sales programs. The candidate will be responsible for driving the company's sales performance through a refreshed catalogue of products & programs that deliver true value selling across our partners and customers. Additionally, the candidate will act as Project Manager for multiple projects, owning the overall responsibility for successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure. The candidate will be accountable for delivering projects to the concerned department after deployment and testing.

Accountabilities:

  • Take ownership of the company's net fare product worldwide, evaluating usage, success, and necessity in all markets.
  • Ensure that net fares are not misused to undercut the company's own offers and take necessary actions if required.
  • Develop and implement products for strategic niche segments (e.g., embassies, marine business, or students) to support additional revenue generation aligned with overall company goals.
  • Create documents to assist sales teams in selling products.
  • Review performance of B2B products, maintaining continuous exchange with market teams and BDUs for enhancements.
  • Drive positive engagement with frontline sales, revenue management, BDUs, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee implementation and project management teams, analyzing the company's requirements and processes.
  • Collaborate with upper management and other departments to ensure project scope and direction are on schedule.
  • Assess project and program management principles and interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases, including reporting on success criteria and metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in a related discipline with +7 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Sales experience or experience supporting a field sales organization is required.
  • Strong team player with cultural awareness and understanding.
  • Excellent grasp of broader commercial and revenue knowledge.
  • Familiarity with pricing models, legal contracts, and sales policies is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical background and communication skills, with advanced Excel and Microsoft Project skills.
