Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports using Tableau and other tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for reporting and data visualization.
- Present analysis and insights to stakeholders and assist in interpreting data to inform decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reports and dashboards.
- Optimize and enhance BI reports and dashboards for better performance and improved user experience.
- Enhance and develop self-service capabilities, enabling stakeholders to independently perform standard business analysis.
- Document and align business rules and definitions with stakeholders to create consistent reports, ensuring a single version of the truth.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on utilizing BI tools and reports.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Enforce, incorporate, and comply with all necessary controls and related information security policies, procedures, practices, training, reporting, personal due diligence, and vigilance, within departmental/unit activities and operations.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Qualification: A tertiary level qualification from a recognized institution.
- Tableau Certified Data Analyst.
- 3 to 5 years of equivalent experience with demonstrated competencies in BI tools, particularly Tableau or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design.
- Solid experience with SQL and database querying.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle large datasets and ensure performance optimization in BI reports.
- Expertise in data modeling and ETL processes is a plus.
