Manager Business Analysis (UAE National Only)

About the Job: The Manager Business Analysis will lead a team in gathering business intelligence and conducting advanced data analysis to provide critical insights to support planning, decision-making, and the optimization of the company’s digital platforms. This role involves designing, building, and managing data visualization programs, including dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports, with the aim of increasing conversion rates, enhancing self-service adoption, and improving user experience across all transactional platforms.

Accountabilities:

• Develop the business intelligence and analytics strategy to meet departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, use cases, and priorities, and define plans/projects for implementing business intelligence and analytics solutions that support operational requirements.
• Refine the business intelligence analytics operating model in line with relevant policies to optimize performance and resource use.
• Address data quality issues by developing programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from various sources.
• Extract meaningful insights from extensive data and metadata sources; effectively interpret and communicate findings to product, service, and business managers.
• Generate periodic dashboards that provide snapshots of key performance indicators (KPIs) for departmental objectives.
• Responsible for developing and implementing regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) across key metrics.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and database management.
