Accountabilities:
- Develop the business intelligence and analytics strategy to meet departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, use cases, and priorities, and define plans/projects for implementing business intelligence and analytics solutions that support operational requirements.
- Refine the business intelligence analytics operating model in line with relevant policies to optimize performance and resource use.
- Address data quality issues by developing programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from various sources.
- Extract meaningful insights from extensive data and metadata sources; effectively interpret and communicate findings to product, service, and business managers.
- Generate periodic dashboards that provide snapshots of key performance indicators (KPIs) for departmental objectives.
- Responsible for developing and implementing regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) across key metrics.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and database management.
