Accountabilities:
- Develop the business intelligence and analytics strategy to achieve department objectives.
- Work with stakeholders to identify needs, use cases, priorities, and define plans/projects for implementing business intelligence and analytics solutions to support operational requirements.
- Continuously develop the business intelligence analytics operating model in compliance with relevant policies to optimize performance and resource utilization.
- Identify questions and issues with data quality and develop programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.
- Extract meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interpret and communicate insights and findings to product, service, and business managers.
- Generate periodic dashboards that provide a snapshot of the key KPIs for departmental objectives.
- Accountable for developing and implementing regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) across key metrics.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and database management.
