Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Manager to lead client engagement teams, working with a diverse range of clients to deliver professional services while participating in business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts. Our Supply Chain & Operations team provides insights into Procurement transformation covering:

  • Spend Management (cost optimisation, category management, strategic sourcing)
  • Procurement Operating Model Transformation
  • Procurement Digitalisation
  • Procurement Operations
  • ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)

This team focuses on helping clients run their supply chains effectively to improve their business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large transformational client engagements and internal projects.
  • Establish valued relationships with external clients at the "C" level.
  • Oversee large global and regional bids, proposals, and thought leadership.
  • Support client teams in improving business performance and manage multiple EY colleagues across various levels.
  • Ensure high-quality output through work review and mentorship.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Strong experience in leading successful procurement transformations in industry or consulting.
  • Experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience at a tier 1 consultancy.
  • Outstanding academic record, ideally with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge and passion for digital solutions/trends, operating model development, third-party spend management, ESG, or supply chain solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Entrepreneurial flair with the ability to identify business opportunities and cross-sell services/products.
  • Arabic language skills (speaking and reading) are an advantage but not essential.
