Requirements

10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Program Management, or Product Management within the defense sector.
Strong knowledge of missile systems, guided munitions, precision strike capabilities, armaments, and defense technologies.
Experience managing complex defense pursuits, customer engagements, and capture strategies.
Strong understanding of defense procurement processes, competitive positioning, and market analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Defense Studies, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
