Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across priority markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead opportunity qualification, capture planning, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to develop competitive solutions and proposals.
- Support negotiations, pipeline management, and business development reporting.
- Identify strategic partnerships and market expansion opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Defence, or related field.
- 12+ years of relevant Business Development, Sales, or Commercial experience.
- Knowledge or experience in technologies and products in at least a few of the following areas: integrated C5ISR systems, C5ISR products, multi-intelligence fusion, sensing and intelligence (EW, Radar, EO/IR, SAR, AIS, acoustics, GEOINT, OSINT, etc.), artificial intelligence (AI), platforms, autonomy, missiles, weapons, multi-domain systems and technologies, and tactical systems.
- Knowledge of one or more the company clusters or experience with similar systems: Platforms & Systems, Missiles & Weapons, Secure Intelligence Systems, Advanced Sensing, Homeland Security, and Technology and Industrialization Experience in the defense sector.
- Experience within defence, aerospace, advanced technology, security, or related sectors.
- Strong commercial, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
