Manager - Business IT Portfolio Management

The purpose of this role is to manage the IT Portfolio in a timely, efficient, and quality manner. The Portfolio Lead maintains relationships between IT stakeholders and assigned key business units to ensure alignment, deliver value with measurable results, and bridge any communication gaps effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the IT portfolio pertaining to one or multiple lines of business.
• Facilitate regular business review meetings with the IT Leadership team.
• Manage new business demands and assist in prioritization within business entities and across multiple units.
• Filter ad-hoc business demands and help formalize them.
• Work closely with IT stakeholders, including delivery teams, platforms, governance, and finance.
• Gather and prioritize business capex demands in alignment with the company’s strategy and regulations.
• Conduct annual reviews of capex for alignment with business and IT strategy.
• Monitor capex consumption and prepare quarterly forecasts.
• Collaborate with IT and business leadership on risk and issues prior to review meetings.

Key Requirements:

• An IT-based degree, university degree, or equivalent work experience; banking qualifications preferred.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, COBIT, or CSM/CSPO equivalent.
• Strong skills in leadership, communication, conflict resolution, financial management, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting.
• Strong understanding of IT finance (capex, opex) and planning processes.
• Familiarity with standard technology project lifecycle and demand management processes.
• Ability to multitask and self-manage based on priorities.

Language Requirements: Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
