Responsibilities
- Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for Retail Products.
- Monitor financial performance, portfolio profitability, KPIs, trends, and variances; recommending corrective actions where necessary.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and business insights to support senior management decision-making.
- Manage monthly accruals, account reconciliations, financial controls, audits, and regulatory compliance; resolving discrepancies and aged balances.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support product launches, improve financial performance, manage risks, and achieve divisional objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles within banking, preferably focusing on Retail Products – Deposits, FX, Cards, and Retail Assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Financial Analysis (e.g., CFA, CPA) are preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with financial analysis software (e.g., SAS, Tableau) would be an added advantage.
