Key Responsibilities
- Translate the company's corporate strategy into a prioritised portfolio of transformation initiatives and post-acquisition integration programmes, in alignment with the company Group strategic objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to secure sponsorship, define value targets, and sequence initiatives for maximum strategic impact.
- Lead and develop the Transformation & Integration team, allocating Specialists across initiatives, setting delivery standards, and ensuring quality and consistency of execution.
- Build and maintain the stakeholder engagement model for the Transformation & Integration function, establishing trusted relationships across leadership and corporate functions.
- Design and run the governance framework for the Transformation & Integration portfolio, ensuring leadership has timely visibility of progress, risks, and decisions.
- Diagnose performance gaps and operating model inefficiencies through data analysis, interviews, and benchmarking.
- Develop transformation and integration roadmaps that translate strategic intent into executable workstreams.
- Monitor external trends and identify opportunities to apply digital enablement and advanced analytics to accelerate transformation outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy execution, or M&A.
- A globally recognised certification in project/program management is required, with a certification in change management being advantageous.
- Sector experience within maritime, logistics, and energy is highly desirable.
