Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess performance across financial, operational, and strategic KPIs
- Identify, quantify, and prioritize performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Diagnose root causes of underperformance using structured problem-solving approaches
- Design and support implementation of targeted interventions to address key business challenges
- Lead high-impact transformation projects (typically 4–12 weeks) across different business areas
- Structure complex problems, define workplans, and drive execution with cross-functional teams
- Develop clear and actionable recommendations supported by data and analysis
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align on priorities, solutions, and execution plans
- Ensure impact delivery and track results of implemented initiatives
- Contribute to shaping the overall transformation agenda and priorities
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering or Administration. Master’s Degree in Engineering Management or an MBA is highly preferable.
- 12 years of relevant business, project program management, ideally in retail, fuel retail or B2B industries
- Minimum 7 years of experience with a background in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB or Tier 1 strongly preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems
- Experience leading workstreams or projects end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations
- High ownership and drive
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
