Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze investment ideas aligned with client needs and macroeconomic trends.
  • Promote Capital Markets products (Sukuk, Structured Products, FX) through frontline engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-sale monitoring.
  • Train and develop distribution channels on new and existing products.
  • Coordinate with Back and Middle Office for smooth operations and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and updated product documentation and approvals.
  • Ensure effective communication across all distribution channels.
  • Develop and enhance marketing and promotional materials for assigned products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and obtain necessary approvals (Central Bank & SCA).
  • Support client meetings and strengthen relationships with third-party providers.
  • Prepare product programs, presentations, and teasers for new launches.

  • Successful new product launches (Sukuk, Structured Products, FX)
  • Net AUM and revenue growth
  • Client satisfaction & retention, positive client outcomes and cross-selling ratios
  • Product sales and financing volumes

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field (CFA preferred) with 7–10 years’ experience in Wealth Management, Investment Management, or Investment Banking.
  • Ability to build trust, understand client behaviors, and deliver tailored investment solutions aligned with their needs.
  • Strong analytical skills, investment knowledge, and capability to interpret market trends for actionable ideas.
  • High ethical standards, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive information.
  • Proven ability to drive growth, foster relationships with internal/external stakeholders, and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Articulate and persuasive, with strong presentation skills to engage clients and train distribution channels.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
