Position

The primary purpose of the role of Manager, Business Support, East Arabia, is to support the East Arabia Division President and the wider East Arabia Management Team in the effective execution of the overall East Arabia Business Agenda.

The role focuses on three main pillars:

  • Providing support in establishing an analytics-based commercial mindset (40% of role responsibilities)
  • Helping with driving efficiencies across key activities and processes (40% of role responsibilities)
  • Providing administrative support as required (20% of role responsibilities)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Providing Support in Establishing an Analytics-based Commercial Mindset:

    • Collaborate with Country/Cluster teams, East Arabia Finance, and East Arabia HR to ensure that all SIP Objectives are well thought through, leading to the aggregation of plans for East Arabia meetings.
    • Create and disseminate detailed portfolio/account-level analytics with the East Arabia Business Analytics Unit and relevant stakeholders to drive sales performance and ensure timely tracking of performance against agreed SIP KPI’s.
    • Implement processes that drive efficient analytics-based utilization of East Arabia A&M budget and ensure effective monitoring and post-activity evaluation of major initiatives.
  2. Helping with Driving Efficiencies across Key Activities and Processes:

    • Coordinate management of different East Arabia business forums and support preparation and delivery of post-meeting actions.
    • Put in place a consolidated action tracker to ensure effective delivery by each action owner across forums.
    • Support in the implementation of sales processes across East Arabia to ensure that sales teams operate with a consistent, structured approach.
  3. Providing Administrative Support as Required:

    • Manage the preparation, execution, and effective management of annual East Arabia customer engagement events.
    • Oversee the East Arabia DP external customer engagement plan to ensure quality meeting preparation and follow-up actions are tracked.
    • Coordinate monthly team events and meetings and serve as administrative liaison for office arrangements.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree; MBA is desirable
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • Languages: Mastery in English; Arabic and French are desirable
