Key accountabilities include:
- Establishing and enforcing standardized commercial processes and data governance frameworks across Group Companies for consistency and compliance.
- Leading the optimization and continuous improvement of commercial workflows within ERP systems to enhance data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Governing commercial data integrity and quality through validation controls and monitoring mechanisms.
- Overseeing the implementation of system enhancements aligned with approved standards and business priorities.
- Driving the adoption of data management practices that facilitate advanced analytics and business intelligence.
- Managing ERP data structures and master data governance to support seamless commercial operations.
- Monitoring system performance and data-related risks, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Coordinating with Digital and cross-functional stakeholders for effective delivery of integrated commercial solutions.
- Overseeing user adoption of systems and data standards to ensure alignment with policies and procedures.
- Leading impact assessments related to system changes or transformation initiatives to ensure data integrity and continuity.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, ERP systems, or data management—preferably in the Oil & Gas sector. Professional certifications in Data Management or Process Improvement are preferred.
In terms of Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability, the role supports an HSE culture and compliance with HSE policies and sustainability guidelines. The role entails ensuring adequate HSE training and induction for all employees.
Communication and working relationships involve internal interaction with the VP, Group Commercial & Technology Enablement, and external collaboration with vendors and regulatory bodies.
