Manager Consulting

In this full-time position based in Abu Dhabi, you will lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their technology challenges and delivering customized solutions. You will work closely with your team to develop effective solutions that address clients' needs and contribute to identifying new business opportunities while expanding existing client accounts. Additionally, you will participate in proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations, while providing insights that contribute to the strategic direction of the Consulting Services division. You will also assist in overseeing the financial performance of the division, ensuring adherence to budgets and profitability, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in consulting.
• Strong experience in consulting with a record of successful projects.
• Solid understanding of consulting methodologies, industry trends, and technology.
• A continuous learner that stays updated with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., MBA).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
