About the Opportunity
We are embarking on an exciting new journey to define two additional operational arms within our Product & Tech department: Content Ops and Research Ops. Be part of this exciting journey as you take the lead on defining the new space and scaling the team. This role will work closely with our Content Designers, Researchers, and our Brand team.

Responsibilities

  • Scale, define, and lead the team in the new space of Content Ops and Research Ops.
  • Establish proper fundamentals within our Content and Research teams that would increase efficiency for our colleagues.
  • Ensure functional teams and business stakeholders are aligned with the objectives of Product & Tech.
  • Own the operations of all content-generating assets, leading to better quality content, faster production, and happier teams.
  • Combine people, processes, and technology to effectively maintain the content lifecycle from start to finish.
  • Own the quality of our content across all markets and create initiatives that increase adherence to guidelines.
  • Identify, standardize, and scale research ops processes and initiatives across the organization.
  • Spearhead knowledge management initiatives and develop a scalable research repository to enhance the efficiency and accessibility of research assets.
  • Find opportunities where research can impact business prioritization and strategy; develop programs to address these opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, design/creative experience, business operations, consulting, or product operations.
  • Experience in both creative spaces and operations is a bonus.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deal with ambiguity.
  • Strong team player with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision.
  • Drive key processes to enhance daily business and prioritize demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English that resonate with our Product brand.
  • Ability to empathize with product users and be invested in their needs.
