The Manager of Corporate Security - Systems & Services is responsible for the management and development of all visitor and parking services, as well as the operational activities associated with the implementation of new and updated security systems and technologies within the Etihad Airways premises. This role involves providing strategic leadership for Corporate Security worldwide, ensuring the safety and security of employees, assets, and guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Researching and deploying technology solutions and innovative security management techniques to safeguard the company’s assets, establishing standards and associated risk controls.
- Overseeing the installation of security systems throughout the network and ensuring backup systems are effectively operating.
- Developing a Physical Security system master plan for standardization across the network and managing a maintenance program for Security Assets (CCTV, access controls, etc.).
- Implementing quality control systems to maintain consistent standards of security services delivered, and managing service level agreements with third-party security system providers.
- Enhancing visitor policies and parking facilities in commercial and residential buildings to ensure smooth movement while implementing necessary security and safety procedures.
- Conducting risk assessments, incident reports, routine inspections, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders regarding system requirements for projects as well as visitor and parking management.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving Standard Operating Procedures and benchmarking with leading entities for operational improvements.
- Maintaining the functionality of Corporate Security Applications and ensuring contingency plans are in place.
Education & Experience
- 5-7 years in physical security, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role and experience in visitor and parking management.
- Specialization in the management of integrated security systems and a degree or diploma in IT security systems is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
