Position

As Manager Customer Data Platform (CDP) & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at the company, you will be responsible for building the company’s unified audience data infrastructure and enabling CRM-driven, data-led marketing capabilities across fan, player, partner, and stakeholder audiences. This role bridges customer data architecture, business intelligence, and marketing activation, ensuring the company has a 360-degree audience view that powers segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and measurable engagement across all touchpoints. You will work closely with BI, Data Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, and Digital teams to enable scalable personalization across the company’s ecosystem.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, management, and evolution of the company’s Customer Data Platform
  • Own the unification of first-party data across web, app, ticketing, fantasy, merchandise, broadcast, PR, and offline sources
  • Define identity resolution logic to connect anonymous and known users into unified 360° audience profiles
  • Collaborate with BI and Data Engineering to design ingestion pipelines, data schemas, and audience models
  • Establish audience taxonomy, behavioral event tracking standards, and segmentation governance
  • Ensure consent, privacy, and data governance compliance aligned with the company’s policies
  • Enable real-time and batch audience activation across marketing, digital, and partner platforms
  • Act as a business owner for CDP vendor selection, roadmap prioritization, and performance management
  • Collect data requirements and manage backlog

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in CDP, CRM, data marketing, marketing analytics, or growth roles
  • Proven experience working with CRM & CDP platforms as well as marketing automation tools
  • Strong understanding of CRM/CDP concepts, lifecycle marketing, and audience segmentation
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
