The Manager for Cybersecurity, Advisors & Consulting Services will be responsible for managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. This role involves providing value-added services and leveraging expertise, data-driven insights, and execution to help clients across various industries, including banking, payments, retail, and restaurants.
The team focuses on five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. As a part of this team, you will lead clients through impactful decision-making while applying various problem-solving techniques to enhance their strategies and operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements across a variety of industries and problem statements.
- Develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients using data and technology solutions.
- Manage key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and evaluate client agendas and internal cultures.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment while providing leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to devise relevant solutions and build intellectual capital.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree with relevant work experience in consulting or related fields.
- Experience coaching and managing teams on consulting engagements.
- Proven ability to manage key client relationships and identify business development opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
- Eligibility to work in the applying country and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with innovative solutions in consulting.
- Industry expertise in payments or financial services is advantageous.
- Experience in Cybersecurity and Threat Intelligence or Fraud within Payments is preferred.
- An MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization (not required).
