The Advisors & Consulting Services group specializes in five key areas: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. The Strategy & Transformation consultants guide clients through significant decision-making processes, addressing strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements across various industries and problem statements.
- Develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients, leveraging data and technology to unlock client value.
- Maintain key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and assess client agendas and readiness for change.
- Collaborate with internal company stakeholders, including Product and Business Development, to scope projects and create relevant solutions.
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management.
- Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple consulting engagements.
- Experience managing key client relationships and knowledge of business KPIs and financials.
- Ability to identify new business development opportunities and draft proposals.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
- Eligibility to work in the UAE and to apply for travel visas as needed.
- Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience generating innovative solutions and coaching junior consultants.
- Relevant industry expertise, particularly in payments or financial services.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and threat intelligence.
- MBA or master’s degree with a relevant specialization (not required).
Work Conditions:
- This is a hybrid full-time position that requires some level of travel to client sites.
