We work with a diverse global customer base across industries, including banking, payments, retail, and restaurants, specializing in Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements across various industries and develop strategies for large, regional, and global clients.
  • Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders, assessing their agenda and organizational culture.
  • Create impactful client presentations and deliver sound business recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal the company stakeholders and provide training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants.

Qualifications:

  • Basic Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product management.
    • Experience in coaching and managing teams in structured problem-solving environments.
    • Knowledge of business KPIs and experience in managing key client relationships.
    • Strong analytical skills and advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language.
  • Eligibility:

    • Must be eligible to work in the country applying to and able to travel to client sites.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in generating innovative solutions and relevant industry expertise in payments or financial services.
    • An MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization is a plus.

Work Conditions:

  • This is a hybrid full-time position, requiring occasional travel to client sites.
