Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements across various industries and develop strategies for large, regional, and global clients.
- Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders, assessing their agenda and organizational culture.
- Create impactful client presentations and deliver sound business recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal the company stakeholders and provide training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants.
Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product management.
- Experience in coaching and managing teams in structured problem-solving environments.
- Knowledge of business KPIs and experience in managing key client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language.

- Must be eligible to work in the country applying to and able to travel to client sites.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in generating innovative solutions and relevant industry expertise in payments or financial services.
- An MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization is a plus.
