As part of our Cyber Technology Consulting team, you will lead and manage data privacy and protection engagements for clients across the MENA region. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams within Advisory services. You will be responsible for designing and implementing privacy frameworks, driving data protection strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding privacy by design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead privacy and data protection programs including privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
- Advise clients on compliance with privacy laws and standards such as GDPR, UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45, DIFC DP Law, and more.
- Design and implement privacy governance frameworks, policies, and operating models.
- Provide guidance on Privacy by Design, Data Classification, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and third-party data risk management.
- Oversee privacy audits and readiness assessments.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and information security teams.
- Deliver training sessions on data privacy principles.
- Manage privacy risks associated with third-party vendors.
- Support breach notification processes and incident response.
- Stay updated on evolving data privacy regulations.
- Manage client relationships and project delivery.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in information technology, cyber security, or related field.
- 2-8 years of experience in Data Privacy and Protection.
- A valid passport for travel.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CDPSE, or ISO 27701 are desirable.
- Experience with privacy technology platforms and sector-specific data protection requirements is a plus.
