About the Job:
In the Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) within Assurance, we assist clients in addressing accounting and financial reporting challenges. As part of the Data & AI team, you will provide advisory services focused on Data Science, enabling businesses to realize the value of their data through specific AI-ML use-cases. Your responsibilities will include identifying use-cases, developing value propositions, designing and testing hypotheses, and managing the end-to-end use-case development cycle, including AI-ML operations and model deployment.
As a Manager, you will oversee multiple projects, working closely with senior business leaders to help clients determine a FAAS strategy that meets their expectations and addresses risk. This role requires effective execution of the FAAS service delivery framework while collaborating with other service lines for integrated service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to two projects alongside senior leaders, ensuring timely delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and communicate relevant trends, developments, and key performance drivers to clients.
- Consult on complex accounting issues and participate in sales of new FAAS work.
- Lead and supervise teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.

- Effective communication and resource management capabilities to handle competing priorities.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree with approximately 8-10+ years of related work experience.
- Data Science certifications are a plus, but substantial experience in the field is essential.
- At least 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a global consulting firm managing teams.
- Proficiency in Data Science coding languages such as Python and Pyspark, and familiarity with tools like Jupyter Notebooks, DataRobot, DataIku.
Industry Expertise:
Experience in domains such as Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, or Telecom is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice.
- Proficiency in Arabic is ideally preferred.
