The purpose of this position is to manage and govern both User Access Management (UAM) Services and Data Security Governance for EITC entities (the company, Virgin & EDARA). The role ensures that required security measures are implemented within User Access Management and Data Security, including Data Leakage Prevention governance, processes, and procedures. Continuous service review and improvements of the UAM and Data Security governance and framework are also key responsibilities.

Key Accountabilities
- Review demands for securing the the company solution/platform from Managed Services, IT & Network and build appropriate data security controls as needed.
- Manage overall planning, design, and implementation of data security services programs and projects.
- Identify technical requirements resulting from contracted products and services and coordinate with Product Design & Specification for data security services technology solutions.
- Work on internal TSRM security projects in accordance with business objectives and requirements.
- Act as the expert on Data Security & Privacy projects and initiatives like DLP, Database Activity Monitoring (DAM), IRM, Classification, Encryption, Tokenization, MDM, IAM, Dashboard, PAM, etc.
- Develop security design based on assessments for services provided over the Telecom/IT infrastructure & Managed Services.
- Plan and manage proper assessments of cloud security solutions based on the Data Security Services plan to ensure that requirements are designed & implemented as per agreed quality and timelines.
- Provide guidelines and ensure security compliance of solutions to the company Security requirements including Vulnerability & Patch management, Terminal Security, Operating System Hardening, High Availability of services, and Infrastructure Administration Security.
- Lead the Acceptance Testing Plan (ATP) for security projects to evaluate and validate the scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
Experience
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in User Access Management within the Telecommunication Industry, maintaining and applying policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of Identity & Access Management domains and proven work history in providing UAM governance.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and communicate under stress with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Fully capable of working with a variety of different information technology systems topics.
