Manager - Delivery

Inception is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee AI project delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. The Delivery Manager will play a critical role in managing teams, implementing best practices, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Technical Delivery teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and implement Technical Delivery plans that align with the company’s business objectives and technological goals.
• Ensure that delivery activities are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Implement best practices for project management, including agile methodologies and tools.
• Ensure effective risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align Technical Delivery activities with business goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex AI projects and teams.
• Strong leadership and management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
