Manager, Development, Engineering and Transition

The Manager, Development, Engineering and Transition will provide technical expertise for the development of assets in Power and Water by leveraging best practices. This role involves offering technical and engineering support throughout the bidding process for new projects, mergers and acquisitions, and during the development phase. The goal is to achieve growth and target profitability while ensuring delivery outcomes that meet defined quality, safety, performance, and cost parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the implementation of engineering and technical solutions during the development phase of assets.
• Provide hands-on technical support to optimize solutions and extend the life of components in operating assets.
• Prepare budget plans for projects, considering all technical aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain and prepare necessary documents for bids and M&A activities, ensuring proper technical due diligence.
• Conduct technical assessments, resource estimations, and project scheduling.
• Collaborate with operations teams to implement deployment plans and conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with project agreements, including power/water purchase agreements and operational agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, technical consultants, and suppliers.
